Claire joined our team in early 2022 following the completion of her Master of Economics at the University of Otago.
Since joining HoustonKemp, Claire has worked across several industries including transport and energy and has been involved with the assessment and recommendation of a number of policy measures.
Claire’s dissertation applied the emerging methodology for optimising multi-criteria decision making, known as potentially all pairwise rankings of all possible alternatives method (PAPRIKA). This application of choice theory was used to model the capability of non-profit organisations towards solving the issue of determining how to prioritise funding.
Claire developed considerable communication and presentation skills from her time tutoring whilst at university and from having completed internships at both EY and AG Consulting in New Zealand.
