Highlights from Adrian’s twenty year career include the development of innovative metrics to monitor road safety, speed performance and reliability using GPS-probe data to inform road infrastructure planning and investment decision making. Adrian also led the development of an innovative regulatory framework governing the pricing of services provided at the Port of Melbourne.

Adrian has shaped significant reforms to pricing in the electricity sector and to the regulatory arrangements applying to the water, energy and road infrastructure sectors. Adrian is often at the forefront of structural and regulatory reform processes, and in charting market developments in the infrastructure sector.
