The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) asked HoustonKemp to analyse market outcomes in the National Electricity Market (NEM) and associated contract markets to examine the conduct of generators and ascertain whether they may have engaged in behaviour that would constitute the harmful use of market power.
To this end, we:
