The Australian Energy Regulator asked HoustonKemp to undertake an independent review of the application of the RIT-D by SAPN to the Kangaroo Island submarine cable, in the context of a formal dispute of the RIT-D outcome. HoustonKemp was asked to consider whether the RIT-D was applied correctly, and whether any potentially incorrect application materially affected the identification of the preferred option.
