Nicky utilises her 20 plus years’ experience in the financial services industry to help keep the wheels turning at HoustonKemp. She has oversight of all business processes and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the operations and financial processes, working closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth running of the firm as well as the accurate reporting of the group’s corporate responsibilities.

She is a former executive assistant and office manager who continues to develop her financial and management skills in order to meet the challenges inherent with strategic growth and to provide a more significant level of engagement with our stakeholders. Accordingly, Nicky has completed a Master of Professional Accounting and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration. With the soul of a drill-sergeant, Nicky provides internal administrative and logistical support to ensure our firm delivers the best possible outcomes for both our clients and colleagues.
