Greg Houston prepared two expert reports on behalf of Complete Office Supplies that, with the assistance of Luke Wainscoat and Tony Chen, were submitted to the High Court of New Zealand. Complete Office Supplies’ brought injunction proceedings to prevent Platinum from acquiring rival office supplies firm OfficeMax. The Commerce Commission subsequently joined the proceedings. Later Platinum agreed to divest Winc to a purchaser approved by the Commission once it acquired OfficeMax.
