Myer shareholder claim settles

Shareholders’ claim for loss in relation to Myer’s disclosure breaches has settled, without the opportunity for judicial assessment of Greg Houston’s expert report on the basis on which loss may still arise, even in the presence of sceptical analysts and investors.
