Transgrid has recently published Project Assessment Conclusion Reports (PACRs) – the final step in applying the regulatory investment test for transmission (RIT-T) – for three projects to maintain grid stability in NSW regions:
Our HoustonKemp team – Ann, Tom, Tony and Liam – were pleased to assist Transgrid in the preparation of these PACRs and throughout each of the RIT-T processes.
Alongside the major electricity transmission investment outlined in AEMO’s recent Integrated System Plan, these regional investments are a crucial part of the energy transition, helping to facilitate increased renewable energy build and demand growth throughout NSW. Our role in these projects was to assist Transgrid in preparing a thorough and transparent analysis of network and non-network options to address the identified need in each region.
